From the DMHRSi Team, regarding the recent authentication error.

For those users who continue to have DMHRSi access issues, please try the following steps and attempt access: 

If you are unable to authenticate, please try clearing your browser cache using the steps provided below. These steps should resolve login issues caused by outdated cached data to try the following:

1. Completely close your (Edge/Chrome/Firefox) browser.
2. Start up a new browser.
3. With the new browser in focus, simultaneously hit the ctrl, shift and delete keys on your keyboard.
4. In the clear browsing data page that should pop up, check the “cached images and files” and “cookies and other site data” checkboxes and then select the “clear” button.
5. Attempt to authenticate again and log on should be successful.

If attempt is not successful, please submit a help desk ticket.
