Triza Marsh Crittle came to the Darnall Medical Library as a Reference Librarian in 2023. She covers the library reference desk. Triza has the ability to utilize reference tools in medicine, nursing, health care administration and behavioral sciences to locate information from a wide variety of published and unpublished sources, electronic databases and the internet.
She also has to maintain knowledge of the latest technology applications and techniques for storage and retrieval of a wide variety of data and media types.
Triza recently worked at the National Agricultural Library as the Manager of Document Delivery Services and Interlibrary Loan. She has an extensive background in medical libraries having worked in the capacity of reference and clinical services at several academic institutions.
Triza Marsh Crittle began her career in academic libraries teaching Nursing Informatics at the University of Detroit Mercy. She received her Master of Information & Library Studies from The University of Michigan.
Triza served in the United States Army. Honorably Discharged. Her last duty station was Fort Lewis, Washington. (now known as: Joint Base Lewis-McChord)
