2024 Research in the Library Day conference highlights the collaboration between librarians and military medical professionals. This month’s Research and Education of Scientific Initiative highlights research readiness, scholarly communication, research curiosity, and innovation.

The DML's Scientific Initiative, Research and Education Advisory, and Science Wise Advisory support WRNMMC clinicians and GME trainees throughout the process of conducting research.

  • Research Readiness: Attend the conference to expand your research knowledge and skills for scientific discovery and research readiness in military medicine. Additionally, explore the process of coding literature.
  • Scholarly Excellence: Attend the conference and lecture to explore research and publication trends, prospects and challenges, and research discovery. 
  • Research Curiosity and Innovation: Curiosity drives research discovery and innovation. The library is where the art of information science sparks research curiosity and innovation. Artistic Warriors Art Gallery is a new program that is designed by the Scientific Initiative to foster innovation and research inquiry. Share your art, such as poetry, sculpture, digital art, or design, with your colleagues by participating in the Artistic Warriors Art Gallery.  

Visit the Research Day in the Library conference to familiarized yourself with the scholarly communication evolution, emerging trends, research discovery, and collaboration with librarians and researchers. Also, spark your research and information curiosity and submit your creative works for the Artistic Warriors Art Gallery.
