A: The Darnall Medical Library purchases resources (databases, books, journals) for WRNMMC Healthcare Providers. Some of them include Patient Education Handouts. The handouts are given to patients based on the healthcare provider's knowledge of the patient's diagnosis and care plan. The goal of the Patient Health Education Portal to provide patients with links to authoritative health information on the Internet.
