1. Live Help Chat - reduction in hours:

• As of 1 November 2025, Live Chat Service Hours will be available between 0900-1200.

2.  Processing time for literature search requests:

• Please allow a minimum of 15 business days to process your search requests.

• Please provide details of your requests e.g., research question/topics, clinical questions/topics (PICO), keywords, PI/QI project, policy development and other information pertinent to the literature search.

• Please indicate If your request is related to a current patient who is actively hospitalized to allow for discussion of the timeframe for literature search completion.

3.  ILL/Document Delivery changes:

• While we will do our best to obtain requested articles on your behalf, we cannot guarantee that your request will be filled within 1-3 days due to the lack of government funding.

As always, you may complete and submit our “Ask the Library” form 24/7: wrnmmc.libanswers.com/ask

Response times are as follows:

Monday – Friday: We will respond between 0700-1600

Saturday – Sunday, Holiday: We respond the next business day
